My summer days are filled with school, work, and occasionally sleep. I have little time for much else. However, I know all of this will pay off.

Dreaming In Salmon Tones

I recently turned twenty on March 22nd 2011, and I have come to two big spontaneous realizations while I was driving that I saved in the notes section on my phone:


• I have little patience for things. I need instant gratification


• Being an adult sucks, everything in your life is dictated by the concept of time, how much time you have to accomplish something, TIME, TIME TIME…


I guess I am slightly overwhelmed by the act of growing up. So to console myself with the lost of my childhood, I deal the best way I know how—shopping. Recently I’ve been obsessed with all salmon colored garments. Not only is it soft and ‘feminine’, it can also be pared with ‘masculine’ colors.

On another note these are my first pair of Jeffrey Campbell’s, and I must say I am impressed. The quality of the leather is pretty good, and they are ridiculously comfortable, though I get people always asking me if I ever tip over.

This is a outfit i made entirely out of tissue paper for a display in The Saint Paul River Centre. The original inspiration behind this look was the human skeleton and the piece was meant to be far more elaborate, however i quickly discovered the limitations of tissue paper. Overall tho I'm very pleased by how it turned out.

I love editorials shot with a Polaroid or toy camera like effects. The images always end up possessing an ethereal or old-school quality. This definitely makes me wanna order a toy camera from Urban Outfitters.

Looking For Success to Drown In

Im very much in love with the Mens Department in H&M. So much so that i drove 45mins to the Mall of America just to get a Ghost-busters T-shirt( pictured above ). But that was when gas prices were a bit lower, no way would i repeat this action with gas prices the way they are now. 

After re-reading that statement, i realize I'm bullshiting, i would repeat that action in a heartbeat. I can cope with having a fabulous t-shirt and an empty wallet

My flow so sick

Summer is slowly approaching, and i fear i might not have any outfits posts. Mainly, because my summer sense of fashion is non-existent. If i wasn't so deathly afraid of the being cold, i would want it to be winter all the time so i can wear awesome winter clothes.
